RMA Policy

When requesting an RMA, it is very important to follow our RMA procedures. Failing to do so may result in long delays and may even lead to rejection of the RMA request. For a smooth and hassle-free RMA experience please follow our procedures.

  • All NEW Products come with a Standard 1 Year USA Warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  • All REFURBISHED Products come with a 90-day USA Warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  • It is compulsory to ship all products to the USA for a warranty claim.

Please read the following carefully:

  • We issue RMA ‘s for REPAIRS only. We do not provide a credit note or product replacement unless the manufacturer agrees to do so.
  • It takes from 6-8 weeks for the product to be repaired after it has reached the manufacture in the USA. We cannot provide a timeline for the Repair as there are factors unknown to us and beyond our control.
  • For the quickest turnaround time, please ship the product(s) directly to the USA on your shipper account We will repair it and send it back ASAP on our account.
  • Please do not ship any product to the USA without obtaining an RMA number from our RMA Department. Shipping without an authorized RMA number could result in long delays and possible loss of product.
  • Manufacturer’s warranty conditions take precedence. For example, physical damage, spillage, etc. is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and will be ineligible for an RMA.
  • It is very important to provide complete and correct information, such as passwords and user ids needed to log into the system. Providing incorrect information could cause long delays and possible rejection of the RMA.
  • All-In-Ones, New or Refurbished have a 24-hour damaged Screen or Display warranty. Therefore, we encourage you to check the condition of the Display upon receipt of the product. It is important to report any damage within 24 hours of receipt!
  • All DOA products must be reported within 7 days from the date of our invoice to be eligible for a replacement.
  • For Amazon products and tablets, it is very important to confirm the product is deregistered. RMA’s will not be provided for product which is not deregistered. A service fee of AED 150 will be levied on units which are found to be registered, and they will be returned to the Customer without being repaired.
  • If a manufacturer decides to replace the defective unit, please understand they are usually replaced with Refurbished or Remarketed units. Replacement and product condition is at the sole discretion of the Manufacturer.
  • Any Brand of Hard Drive, External or Internal, 2.5 or 3.5 inch has a warranty of 1 year only. If the manufacturer determines the hard drive is faulty, they may at their discretion replace the defective unit.
  • Please understand defective units are usually replaced with Refurbished or Remarketed units. Replacement and product condition is at the sole discretion of the Manufacturer.
  • We are not responsible for any Typographical error in any product description. To assure an accurate description of a product please visit the manufacturer’s website.
  • We do not provide any guarantee against data loss on any RMA unless the manufacturer agrees to do so. Please make sure to make a complete backup prior to sending the device to us.
  • Your RMA request is automatically cancelled if the product(s) covered under the RMA authorization are not received at our office within 72 hours after you receive an RMA authorization from us.
  • It is mandatory that All Accessories contained in the original product package and original box/packaging are included in the return.
  • Warranties do not cover software reinstallation on repaired or replaced equipment. In addition, software/driver/OS issues are not covered under product warranties. By submitting an RMA request to CompuSouk, you agree and understand that there will be a charge of AED 250.00 if the fault/issue is found not to be hardware related.
